Ticket refunds and exchanges

Our official policy is: SBADS tickets are not normally refundable except in exceptional circumstances by agreement of the SBADS committee.

Having said that, we do our best to accommodate requests for date changes and seat swaps, and will try to offer a refund for cancellations if we can re-sell the tickets. The closer to the performance, the less likely it is that we will be able to offer a refund.

Booked the wrong day or time?

Don’t panic – and don’t book new tickets!

As long as seats are available, we can usually swap seats to another day or time for the same production, at no charge. Please e-mail tickets@sbads.show with:

  1. Your order number (shown on your booking confirmation e-mail).
  2. The original day and time you have booked.
  3. The new day and time you would like to book.

If it is possible to swap the seats, we’ll send you a new booking confirmation.

We regret that we cannot swap seats between different productions, or offer credit against future productions.

Requests for cancellation and refunds

We are unable to offer refunds after a performance, for example if you book tickets but do not turn up, or you turn up too late to be admitted.

If you have booked tickets for a future performance but would like a refund because you will be unable to attend, please e-mail tickets@sbads.show as soon as possible with:

  1. Your order number (shown on your booking confirmation e-mail).
  2. The day and time you have booked.
  3. The reason for the request for cancellation

We’ll let you know as soon as possible if we can or cannot refund the ticket(s); or we may advise you that we will hold the tickets for re-sale and only refund you if we are successful, which is not guaranteed.

If you paid for tickets by card, we will make any refund to the same card and cannot offer cash as an alternative.

We regret that we cannot offer credit against future productions.

We reserve the right to apply a charge for refunds. If you booked your tickets through our on-line ticket provider, we may not be able to refund any booking fees as this is outside our control.
