Online ticket problems? Please let us know.

Some people have told us that they have had problems purchasing tickets online through the ‘Seaty’ website.

We have contacted the Seaty website team, but as we have been unable to replicate any problems ourselves it has been hard to help them to identify the issue.  If you do have problems with Seaty, please try again by closing the site and then starting again, and if you still have problems then please email us at info.sbads@gmail.com with some details and if possible a screenshot of any fault messages received.

If the problem persists then we will try to find ways around it for you to book the tickets.
